The location is good as it's so close to town centre, very large pot of fresh coffee at breakfast and independent shops, bars & restaurants & beach.

The bathroom was clean and the room itself spotless. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful for what was on offer with fresh coffee and high standard products, as example. Excellent staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

We stayed in the double room, it was absolutely spotless. The bathroom was clean, with a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. The location turned out to be amazing and fantastic, close to the centre of the town, the private garden, church bells, and very large pot of fresh coffee at breakfast, and shops in the very centre of Hornsea.

We needed a place for one night, everything was fabulous. Breakfast was delicious, lovely views, magnificent location so close to a restaurant on a bank holiday, the centre of Hornsea and the beach and town centre. Our double room was more than luxurious. The bed was very clean, and it was convenient to have a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and kitchenware.

I had an excellent experience here, everything was perfect, the location was excellent short walk to a nice park, the private garden, church bells, and very large pot of fresh coffee at breakfast and sea and also town centre.

The owner went above and beyond by having a welcome board with our names and even left us a bottle of prosecco and chocolates. The room was beautifully clean and well cared for, with a gorgeous bathroom. The hosts were attentive but not intrusive, recommending great restaurants and delivering a delightful breakfast to our room. Not to mention, the small private garden was a lovely bonus. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. I highly recommend this B&B for a fantastic experience.
